Hi everyone, we are now on to week four of the One Room Challenge! I am still having fun working on all the aspects of this office design project. I gain a great satisfaction from completing projects in my home.

WHAT HAPPENED THIS WEEK
This week for me was the nitty-gritty of installing luxury vinyl plank (LVT or LVP) flooring along with my husband.
Once the flooring was completed, I tackled the painting, cutting, and installing new baseboards, plus the door and window trim. We had already removed the old skinny, stained baseboards and trim before the flooring installation, knowing we wanted a taller, simpler profile for this room design.
I am happy to report that we finished it all, but each time I finish one thing on my list, I think of two more to add to that list. Does that ever happen to you? I suppose I am not alone in this!
SOME FUN THINGS I RAN ACROSS THIS WEEK
The vivid colors of the items above have given me a jolt of inspiration to motivate me to finish this design challenge well!

TWO WEEKS TO GO!
With only two weeks to go, there are several items I have ordered (that are currently being shipped) and many other items I haven't quite figured out yet. I can only hope that the shipments get here in time and that I finish gathering it all together before it is time to take final reveal photos. Wish me luck!
WHAT WE'LL BE DOING THIS WEEK
fill holes in baseboards and trim + touch-up paint
replace the heat vent cover (the white one looks terrible with the dark floor!)
seal lumber
install lumber detail on feature wall
install wall shelving
hang curtain rod and draperies
install area rug (assuming it arrives in time!)
finish gathering/acquiring accessories for desk and shelves
